Back in November, Christine @ Readerly Musings nominated me for the One Lovely Blog Award; I’m immensely honored and grateful, since Christine was the first book blogger I met online when I started blogging back in October, and I’m happy that she thought so much of me even though I was just starting out. I love semicolons as well; I do hope that you’ve read “Eats, Shoots and Leaves” by Lynne Truss.
I’ve never combined my peanut butter with chocolate, but I want to try it now!!! Have you tried peanut butter and banana sandwiches? ♥ And I LIKE BOTH (but my creamy collection diminishes at a slightly faster rate). What about you? 🙂
And and I’m ashamed to admit that I haven’t read Eats, Shoots & Leaves, but it’s been sitting on my desk right now! I was disappointed to see that only two semicolons came with the Punctuation Repair Kit…
Mmm. Peanut butter. It’s been a long, long time since I have eaten it. (I shall make myself a sandwich after I write this comment.) Oh, and look I used parenthesis! (You’re welcome.) Haha, I adore fanfiction, too, though I usually only read it so I can read about my favorite pairings and imagine that they are really cannon. It’s a sad, sad thing when nearly all of your OTPs are considered fictional even in the world of fiction 😦
What sort of job are you aiming for now? It’s funny that you used to want to be an editor, because that’s what I want to be now 😛 Reading through all those books, before they are even released into the world. GASP! How long is “a long, long time”? A day? Because I would die. Seriously.
Fanfiction is so evil because you think, “There can’t possibly be fanfics about Character X and Character Y, right???” and then lo and behold some evil person decided to pair them together and O______O.
I secretly still want to be an editor, haha. But I’m a grad student in public health right now, so I’m aiming to become a professor and do research that will save the world. Or something like that. I still have five years to change my mind.

Sometimes I don’t even understand some fanfics. Like, people think up of such weird pairings. Seriously, I’ve seen one that paired a guy character with a wooden sculpture of a bird that was in the show

Yay! That is what I aim to do. Unless I review a book I absolutely hate one day. Then I aim to absolutely destroy it. Muhahaha!

Thanks and you’re welcome, Katie! This is my first year as a grad student, and I’ve been so busy that I don’t think I’ve felt any ups and downs yet, haha. Everything’s been just a blur, but I’m hoping that after classes end in the summer, things will be less hectic.
